Terms of sale
Last updated 5 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Roamifly is a trading name of DYOM Consulting Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: support@roamifly.online.
2. What we sell
Prepaid mobile data for use abroad, delivered as an eSIM. It is data only: no calls, no texts and no access to emergency services. Each purchase is paid once. Nothing renews and there is no minimum term.
A top-up adds data and days to an eSIM you already have. It is a separate purchase at the price shown before you pay, supplied as soon as you pay because you ask for that, and the 14-day right to cancel ends when it is added. A plan that has ended cannot be topped up.
3. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom. The eSIM is for your own use as a traveller, in a phone.
4. Your phone
Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to a network. You confirm both at checkout. How to check.
5. Price and payment
The price shown is the total. You pay when you order. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.
6. Delivery
Your eSIM is shown on your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed, and sent to your email address. If we cannot supply it within 10 minutes, we refund you automatically.
7. When the plan starts and ends
The plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination, and runs for the number of days in its name. An eSIM not used by its “activate by” date expires. Data not used by the end of the plan is lost.
8. Your right to cancel
At checkout you ask us to supply the eSIM straight away and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel ends once it is supplied. We repeat this in your confirmation.
9. Refunds
If the eSIM does not connect and the network’s record shows no data used, we refund the full price to the card you paid with. Refunds.
10. Coverage and speed
The service runs on local networks in each country. Coverage and speed depend on those networks and on your phone, and we do not promise a speed. Where a plan has a daily allowance, its name states the allowance and the speed after it.
11. Fair use
The plans are priced for a traveller using a phone. The network may slow or suspend an eSIM used in other equipment, resold, or used far beyond normal phone use.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for business losses.
13. Complaints
See Complaints.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring a claim in your own courts.
